Nicolas, the founder of Blue Chocolate DMC, has been working in the tourism industry for over 20 years.


As a consultant in "Cultural and Tourism Policy" for local authorities, he decided to go and live in Prague in 2004 (a city he discovered in 1997, during a trip from Bordeaux in a 2CV).


In 2006, he created DiZak Ketex, a MICE tourism agency, with Olivier Roman. With offices in Prague, Vienna, Budapest, Bucharest, Amsterdam and Athens, the DiZak Ketex group has become a major player in the incentive and meeting business in Europe. It includes different brands in the tourism sector: oranJe DMC, MIgreeCE, So French DMC, Bear on the Beach and coBALT.


In 2007, Nicolas founded Planet Mice a website dedicated to the MICE industry which informs MICE professionals in France about the latest news concerning events abroad.

Based in Barcelona, he is now the face of the company with customers and international partners. He actively participates in the development of the company both in terms of business and destinations.

Olivier in specializes in tourism since his post-baccalaureate, through his university studies. He quickly decided to leave France to launch his international career. It is in the Czech Republic, a country he has known since his childhood, that he decides to launch his business. In 2006, with Nicolas Marty, he created DiZak Ketex.


After structuring and developing the leisure segment, he took charge of the MICE activity. This led him in 2013 to manage a 2 month event gathering 10 000 people in Bratislava. In the same year, he successfully continued the internationalization of DiZak Ketex by opening and managing a new office in Vienna.


During these years, he also participates in the development of DizAk Ketex brands. In 2018, based on his success in Austria, he returned to Prague and took over the management of the historical offices (Prague, Vienna, Budapest), actively participated in the life of the DZK group and invested in the management of new offices.
